PHA are currently advising on the phased conversion of the former Burtons Store in the heart of Warrington town centre. The locally listed building sits on a prominent intersection within the Bridge Street Conservation Area close to local retail and leisure facilities.
Sat above retained retail units the project aims to replace existing, partially vacant, office space with a mixture of 1 bed and 2 bed apartments.
Working within the fabric and constraints of the existing building, the proposals minimise external changes to the high street frontages, mitigating any potential impact on local heritage assets.
