Modular rooftop extension to a 1930’s Art Deco Villa, providing an ensuite master bedroom and rooftop terrace.

This innovative rooftop addition to an existing 1930’s Art Deco Villa uses volumetric, modular construction to create a high quality extension while minimising disruption to the client.

Providing a new master bedroom and ensuite bathroom the new space allows direct access to a large roof terrace. With high quality finishes and fittings used throughout, the project creates a spectacular second floor addition to the existing house.

Constructed off-site in Manchester the two factory built units, which were supplied fully finished, were installed onto the rooftop of the existing house in a single morning. Minimal on site works meant the client was able to use the space that evening.
